Hello i am currently homeschooled in the 11th grade in highschool i have been homeschooled since the 4th grade of elementry school.

i would like to be a ob/gyn nurse.
if i want to be a obgyn nurse what is the first thing i need to do after the 12th grade of highschool?
by the way im in Texas i dont know if that matters or not but their it is…..

You’ll want to have your transcripts in order so you can apply to an accredited nursing program. Start looking at programs near you, and talk to those schools about what you’ll need to demonstrate readiness.

You also can’t go wrong taking CPR courses, volunteering in medical settings, etc. Extra-curricular activities that teach you how to deal with adrenaline and stress are good. You’ll need very detail-oriented skills, and very good math skills as a nurse, too.
